Who to contact
Oak & Yew Tree Surgeons is the business described on this website. For questions about enquiry information, contact oakandyewtreesurgeons@outlook.com or call 07821 753883.
The enquiry form
The form prepares text in your browser. Preparing a draft does not send it to Oak & Yew or store it in a website database. If you choose to open and send an email, your mail provider handles that transmission.
Information in an email or telephone enquiry
Information you choose to share may include your name, email, telephone number, postcode, photographs and the work required. It is used to discuss your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where you agree, organise the work.
Purpose and retention
Enquiry information may be needed to take steps at your request before a contract and to manage an agreed job. Business records may also need to be retained for legal obligations. Ask the business directly about the retention period that applies to your particular information.
Hosting and external services
The hosting service processes the technical requests needed to show the site. This private preview may require the owner’s hosting account authentication. The site embeds a Google map on its areas sections; Google may process technical information when the map loads. The site has no analytics or advertising tracker. External links, mail services and review platforms operate under their own privacy notices.
Your information rights
You can ask about access to or correction of your information and request deletion where applicable. Contact the business first about a privacy concern. Information about your rights and raising a concern is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
